PLR Commission
Established in 1986, the PLR Commission supports the work of the PLR Program by providing administrative guidance and by setting the program's general policies.
The PLR Commission is made up of representatives of national organizations of writers, translators, librarians and publishers. The Commission also includes non-voting representatives from the Department of Canadian Heritage, the Canada Council for the Arts, Library and Archives Canada, and Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec.
In 2012-2013, the Commission is chaired by author Aline Apostolska.
